Sterling Silver
We’ve also just listed a good range of sterling silver. Definitely a must have for making high quality silver jewellery. We’ve tried to cover most of the bases, and we will be increasing our range as time goes by.
Coral Beads
Last, but certainly not least, we’ve added to our range of gorgeous red coral beads. So bright and funky, coral is always very popular!

Wow, what a busy few weeks! In amongst the Brighton shop renovations (and the soon-to-be-opening of our new store – more on that at a later date!), I have been busily adding our new range of fabulous pewter beads and charms to the website. It’s been a while since my last post, as we’ve had so much stock coming in we’ve been kept very busy! I have just finished listing out latest pearl shipment, which contained heaps of new Freshwater Pearls – lovely colours and shapes, as well as many natural coloured styles as well. Check out our new pearls here!.
Also just added, many new South Sea Shell Pearls – I absolutely love these pearls. We have been stocking these for a few years now, and the range has steadily grown as beaders start to realise just how great these pearls are! Perfectly round with an unbeatable lustre – these look just like the *extremely* expensive South Sea Pearls at a much more appealing price. Here’s an excerpt from the website to explain what they are -
The South-Sea Shell Pearl has recently become very popular due to its perfect lustre, shape and realistic weight. They are man-made pearls produced from the very same materials that make up a real pearl, however they are much more realistic than any previously produced faux pearls. They are produced in a lab, where the oyster shell is pulverised and reset into the shape of a perfectly round pearl. They are then coloured using a special solution to produce a beautiful, unbeatable lustre.

I got back from China last week, after a very successful buying trip! I sourced some beautiful gemstone beads, in some of the stones you have all been telling me you’re looking for. Stones like rock crystal, black onyx, amethyst, coral, fancy agate. Lots of big chunky styles and also faceted. And also some new stones we haven’t stocked before! They are still in transit, on a ship in the middle of the ocean somewhere – but I expect they’ll be here in around a months time.
In addition to all the wonderful gemstone goodies, I got my hands on some gorgeous freshwater pearls. Although I did learn from the pearl manufacturers that pearl prices are on their way up . I secured this shipment of pearls at the lower price – so stock up now before the price rises!
I’ll post some more info about some of the other great beads I found in China in the coming days. Along with some photos (if there are any decent ones, haha!).
